How to Link Your Products

Product linking connects the corresponding products between your source (primary) and destination (secondary) channels.

This is an important step to ensure that your Order, Shipment, and Inventory flows work correctly.

Automatic Product Linking


If the same unique identifier, such as the SKU, is available for a product on both the source and destination channels, the products may be automatically linked based on that identifier.

If the products are not automatically linked, you can link them manually using either of the following methods:


  1. Manual Linking – Link products individually.
  2. Bulk Linking – Link multiple products at once using a file upload.

1. Manual Product Linking:
Use this method when you want to link products one at a time.
Steps:
  • Go to the Destination Source Product page.
  • Find the product you want to link and click Link, as shown in the screenshot.
      •  In the search bar, search for the corresponding product using its SKU or product title.

      •  Select the relevant product by clicking Select.
      • Click Confirm and Save.

      Your product will now be linked successfully.


      2. Bulk Product Linking:
      Use this method when you want to link multiple products at once.
      Steps:
      • Go to the Destination Source Product page.
      • Click Bulk Linking.
      • Download the template provided for file upload.


      • In the template, enter the corresponding SKU of the destination (secondary) product and SKU of the source (primary) product.
      • Save the completed file.
      • Upload the file in the Bulk Linking section.



      Once the file is uploaded successfully, the products will be linked in bulk.
