After connecting your accounts, you’ll be redirected to the Settings page.

1. Set the Unique Identifier - Set the unique identifier of the product to SKU or UPC depending on your setup

2. Order Flow - Turn on Order Sync to enable the order from Temu to your Primary platform. You will have the following options under Order Sync:

- Notify on any unlinked item/order : If turned on, you will receive an email notification if any order fails to link or fail in general with any error.

- Skip Unpaid Orders : When enabled, any unpaid orders from the marketplace will not be imported into primary store.

- Tags : You can enter values for the tag fields, which will be reflected in the Tag section of for all orders imported through our portal.

Order Notes Preference : You can enter the Marketplace's order number/ID by clicking the ‘+’ button and copying it into this field. You can also add any suffix or prefix as needed.

- Order Number Preference : Similar to Order Notes Preference, you can enter the Marketplace order number/ID with any additional suffix or prefix.

- Choose a Starting Point for Orders : Here, you can choose the date and time (in UTC) from which you want your orders to be imported into Shopify. You can set it to the current time or couple of hours back as well.

NOTE: The Tags, Order Notes Preference, and Order Number Preference options help differentiate Marketplace orders imported through our portal from the rest of the Shopify orders.

3. Shipment Sync: Turn on Shipment Sync to sync the shipment details back to Temu

4. Inventory Sync: Enable Inventory Sync to allow the inventory levels to be updated in Temu.

- Safety Stock Level: Set the safety stock level you want to preserve in Shopify. The total stock in Shopify will be reduced by this value, and the adjusted stock will be reflected in Marketplace while keeping the original stock level in Shopify.
