Configure the Accounts via Settings to get the Flow started

After connecting, you’ll be redirected to the Settings page.

  1. Set the Unique Identifier: Set the unique identifier of the product to SKU or Barcode/other depending on your setup.

  2. Turn on Order Flow -Turn on Order Sync in Settings

You will have the following options under Order Sync:

- Notify on any unlinked item/order: If turned on, you will receive an email notification if any order fails to link or fail in general with any error

- Skip Unpaid Orders: When enabled, any unpaid orders from the marketplace will not be imported into Woocommerce.

-Order Notes Preference: You can enter the Marketplace's order number/ID by clicking the ‘+’ button and copying it into this field. You can also add any suffix or prefix as needed.

- Order Number Preference: Similar to Order Notes Preference, you can enter the Marketplace order number/ID with any additional suffix or prefix.

- Choose a Starting Point for Orders: Here, you can choose the date and time (in UTC) from which you want your orders to be imported into Woocommerce. You can set it to the current time or couple of hours back as well.

3. Turn on the Shipment Sync: Turn on Shipment Sync in Settings

- You will have the option to map Woocommerce shipping methods to Marketplace. You can add multiple shipping method mappings by clicking the ‘+’ button.

- Click the Save Shipment button & then Save the whole setting by going to the top/bottom of the page.

4. Turn on the Inventory Sync: Turn on Inventory Sync in Settings

- Safety Stock Level: Set the safety stock level you want to preserve in Woocommerce. The total stock in Woocommerce will be reduced by this value, and the adjusted stock will be reflected in Marketplace while keeping the original stock level in Woocommerce.

5. Price Sync: Turn on Price Sync in Settings

Whenever there is an update in Woocommerce Product prices for the respective items will be synced to Marketplace.

6. Turn On Product Sync: Turn on Product Sync in Settings.

- Set a Default Stock Level for non-inventory item: Enter a value that will be used by default in Marketplace for all items for which inventory is not trackable in Woocommerce. This is useful for cases where users manufacture their products and do not track inventory in Woocommerce, as Marketplaces does not accept items without inventory.
