Configure Your Settings to enable the automation

After the Connection of Wix with the Secondary platforms like a Marketplace, Accounting tool, POS or other, you’ll be redirected to do the Settings.
Set the Unique Identifier: Set the unique identifier of the product to SKU or Barcode/other depending on your setup

2. Turn Order Flow ON - This will automate the creation of Orders in Wix from the other connected sources.
You will have the following options under Order Sync:
- Notify on any unlinked item/order: If turned on, you will receive an email notification if any order fails to link or fail in general with any error
- Skip Unpaid Orders: When enabled, any unpaid orders from the marketplace will not be imported into Wix.
- Choose a Starting Point for Orders: Here, you can choose the date and time (in UTC) from which you want your orders to be imported into Wix. You can set it to the current time or couple of hours back as well.

3. Turn on the Shipment Sync: This will help to turn the shipment flow On from Wix to the connected channel
- You will have the option to map shipping methods between channels.
- If you use multiple shipment methods to ship the orders then click on + button to add new row for the mapping & start mapping as many as needed.
- Click the Save Shipment button.

4. Turn on the Inventory Sync: Once ON, the inventory will start flowing from Wix to connected channel.
- Safety Stock Level: Additionally, you can set the safety stock level that you want to preserve in Wix. The total available stock in Wix will be reduced by this set value, and the adjusted stock will be reflected in Marketplace while keeping the original stock level in Wix.

5. Price Sync: This can be turned ON to pass on Product's price updates to the connected channel. It is available for some of the Marketplaces.
6. Turn On Product Sync: This helps to start the Product listing from Wix to the connected channel. Prior to turn on this settings, you need to make sure to setup some Mappings, Rules & filter in order to sync the Product data correctly. Please contact your Account Manager to get more details.
