Connect Wix as a Source Channel in Commercium

Learn how to connect Wix as your Primary Platform and sync data with other channels through Commercium.

If you skipped the guided setup page during onboarding, you're in the right place! Follow the steps below to connect Wix with Commercium as your Primary Platform (Source Channel).

Step 1: Log in to Commercium

If you already have a Commercium account, log in using your credentials.
If you don't have an account, contact our support team at help@mycommercium.com for assistance.

Step 2: On your Dashboard, click on Channel List

Step 3: Search for Wix:

You will be redirected to the Available Source Channels page. In the search box, type Wix

Step 5: Select the Connection Type
Select Make Source Channel and click Continue.

Step 6: Connect Wix

Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the connection.

Connection Name: Enter a name for your Wix connection, if prompted.
Click the connect button.
You will be redirected to the Wix login page.
Log in to your Wix account and authorize the connection as prompted.

📌 Note: During authorization, make sure you have Administrator-level access or equivalent permissions to access products, orders, shipments, and other relevant data in your Wix account.

Once the connection is successful, your Wix store will be connected to Commercium as the Source Channel.

Next, connect your Destination Channel to synchronize products, inventory, and prices from Wix to your chosen platform.
