If you have skipped the onboarding guide for connecting your Source and Destination and configuring the initial settings, follow the steps below to complete the setup manually.
This guide will walk you through connecting your Source Platform and OnBuy with Commercium.
Follow each step carefully to complete your connection successfully.
📌 Before You Start
Before starting the connection, make sure you have the following:
🔗 Haven't connected your Source Platform yet?
If your Source Platform is not connected, first follow the connection guide for your preferred Source Platform:
👉 E-Commerce, POS, Shipping Platform or ERP.
Select your Source Platform from the available integrations and complete the connection before continuing with OnBuy.
🔑 Haven't generated your OnBuy API Keys yet?
No problem!

Once you have your credentials ready, you can continue with the steps below.
Step 1: 🔌 Connect Your Source Platform
Your Source Platform is the platform where your products, inventory, prices, and other data are managed.
To connect your Source:
This guide will walk you through connecting your Source Platform and OnBuy with Commercium.
Follow each step carefully to complete your connection successfully.
📌 Before You Start
Before starting the connection, make sure you have the following:
- ✅ Your Source Platform credentials
- ✅ Your OnBuy Consumer Key
- ✅ Your OnBuy Secret Key
🔗 Haven't connected your Source Platform yet?
If your Source Platform is not connected, first follow the connection guide for your preferred Source Platform:
👉 E-Commerce, POS, Shipping Platform or ERP.
Select your Source Platform from the available integrations and complete the connection before continuing with OnBuy.

Once you have your credentials ready, you can continue with the steps below.
Step 1: 🔌 Connect Your Source Platform
Your Source Platform is the platform where your products, inventory, prices, and other data are managed.
To connect your Source:
- Log in to your Commercium account.
- Go to Integrations.
- Select Available Integrations.
- Select your Source/Primary Platform.
- Enter the required credentials.
- Click Connect.
Step 2: 🛍️ Connect OnBuy as the Destination
Now, connect OnBuy as your Destination Platform.
Follow these steps:
- In the integration setup, use the search bar to find OnBuy and select it.
- Enter a Friendly Name for your OnBuy account (e.g., "OnBuy").
- Enter your Consumer Key.
- Enter your Secret Key.
- Select your Country.
- Click Connect.
✅ Once your credentials are validated successfully, your OnBuy account will be connected to Commercium.
Step 3: 🎉 Connection Complete!
Your Source Platform and OnBuy are now connected.
You can now continue with the next steps to configure your integration.
