Steps on how to connect Commerce7 with Commercium

To connect Commerce7 with Commercium, you will need your Commerce7 app name, app secret, and tenant, along with a few simple setup steps. Below is a quick guide to help you complete the integration smoothly.
Before starting the integration, make sure you have:
✔ App Name
✔ App Secret
✔ Tenant
(You will generate these from the Commerce7 Portal.)1: Connect Commerce7
Click on the "Add App" button—see reference:

Fill in the required details similar to the example – see image below.
⚠️ Important: Make sure to copy the Secret Key before clicking Save.

- After saving, your newly created app will appear in the list—see image below. Click on the app name to open the edit view.

- In the Version section, click the pencil icon to edit – see reference:

Click on "Add API Access" – see image below – and assign the required permissions – see image below.


- Locate the Tenant from your Admin portal URL – see image below – and paste it into the appropriate field – see image below.


As a result, we’ll need the secret key of the app, the app name, and the tenant, which is there in the admin portal URL.
Before connecting, go to App & Extension and install this created app into your store. This is how it will look after installation


Step 2: Access Your Commercium Account
- If you already have an account with Commercium, sign in using your login credentials.
If you’re not yet registered, contact our support team at [email protected] for help getting started.
Step 3: Go to Integrations
After logging in, head over to the Integrations on your Commercium dashboard and select the Available Integrations option.
From the available choices, select Connect Commerce7.

Channel Name:- In the Channel Name field, enter a name for this connection.
App Name - Enter the App name for Commerce7
App Secret - Enter App Secret for Commerce7.
Tenant - Enter Tenant for Commerce7.
Click Connect - Once all fields are correctly filled in, click the green Connect button in the bottom-right corner.
Confirmation - If the credentials are valid and the connection is successful, you will see a confirmation message, and your account will be linked.
