Steps on how to connect Shiphero with Commercium

Step 1: Log in to Commercium

• If you already have a Commercium account, log in using your credentials.

• If you do not have an account, please contact our support team at [email protected] for assistance.

• Once logged in, go to the Channel section in your Commercium dashboard & click on add new channel button

• Select the Connect Shiphero option.

• Channel Name:- In the Channel Name field, enter a name for this connection.
  
  
• Username- Enter your ShipHero Username.
• Password- Enter your Password for the ShipHero account.
  [ Note: Please enter the username and password of an account with admin-level access. The connection will only be established after valid credentials are provided.]
  
  
• Click Connect - Once all fields are correctly filled in, click the green Connect button in the bottom-right corner.
  
  
• Confirmation - If the credentials are valid and the connection is successful, you will see a confirmation message, and your account will be linked.
