Connect Acumatica to Commercium

Step 1: Log in to Commercium

• If you already have a Commercium account, log in using your credentials.
• If you don’t have an account, reach out to our support team at help@mycommercium.com for assistance.

Step 2: Select Your Commercium Plan
Choose the plan that best fits your business needs. You can select ERP and choose between Monthly or Annual billing.
You can start with the Free Trial to test Commercium before selecting a paid plan.

NOTE: Choose a plan based on your required order volume and number of destination channel/marketplace integrations

Step 3: On your Dashboard, click on Channel List 

Step 4: Search for Acumatica: You will be redirected to the Available Source Channels page. In the search box, type Acumatica.

Step 5: Select the Connection Type
Select Make Source Channel and click Continue.

Step 6: Next, enter the Acumatica connection details requested in the pop-up window to complete the connection.

Step 7: Connect Acumatica 

• Channel Name – Enter a name for this connection in the Channel Name field like Acumatica.
• ERP Instance Domain – Copy the domain from your Acumatica login URL.
  Example:
  Login URL: https://commercium.acumatica.com/Frames/Login
  Enter: commercium.acumatica.com
  
• Client-ID – Enter your Client ID that you got from this article in step 1.6
• Client Secret – Enter your Client Secret that you got from this article in step 1.6
  
• EPR Tenant Name – Enter your EPR Tenant Name. It is the text after '@' in your client ID
• Endpoint Version – Select the Endpoint Version from dropdown on Commercium.
• Click Connect – After filling in all the fields correctly, click the green Connect button located at the bottom-right corner.

Confirmation – If your credentials are correct and the connection is successful, a confirmation message will appear, and your account will be successfully linked.

Your Acumatica is now connected as the Source Platform.

Next, connect your Destination Channel(The platform you want to connect to Acumatica and use with Commercium) like Marketplace, Accounting Platform, or Shipping/Fulfillment Service, such as Amazon, eBay, Xero, QuickBooks, ShipStation, etc.
