🔗 Step 1 - How to Connect eBay with Commercium

If you have skipped the onboarding guide for connecting your Source and Destination and configuring the initial settings, follow the steps below to complete the setup manually.
This guide will walk you through connecting your Source Platform and eBay with Commercium.
Follow each step carefully to complete your connection successfully.
📌 Before You Start
Before starting the connection, make sure you have the following:
- ✅ Your Source Platform credentials
- ✅ Your eBay seller account (logged in on the same browser window)
- ✅ Your eBay store's Country
🔗 Haven't connected your Source Platform yet?
If your Source Platform is not connected, first follow the connection guide for your preferred Source Platform:
👉 E-Commerce, POS, Shipping Platform or ERP.
Select your Source Platform from the available integrations and complete the connection before continuing with eBay.
Once you have your Source Platform ready, you can continue with the steps below.
Step 1: 🔌 Connect Your Source Platform
Your Source Platform is the platform where your products, inventory, prices, and other data are managed.
To connect your Source:
- Log in to your Commercium account.
- Go to Integrations.
- Select Available Integrations.
- Select your Source/Primary Platform.
- Enter the required credentials.
- Click Connect.
Now, connect eBay as your Destination Platform.
Follow these steps:
- In the integration setup, select Connect eBay.
- Enter a Channel Name (anything you want).
- Select the Country of your eBay store.
- Click Connect.
⚠️ Important: Please ensure that the eBay account you want to connect is already logged in on the same browser window before you click Connect. Since this uses eBay's auth-based connection, whichever eBay account is logged in on that window will be the one that gets connected.
You will be redirected to the eBay login page. Enter your login details. After logging in, you will be redirected back to the Commercium page, and your account will be connected.
✅ Once your credentials are validated successfully, your eBay account will be connected to Commercium.
Step 3: 🎉 Connection Complete!
Your Source Platform and eBay are now connected.
You can now continue with the next steps to configure your integration.
⚠️ Important: Changing Your eBay Login Details
Once eBay is connected to Commercium, changing your eBay username or password will break the existing connection.
If you update your eBay username or password, you must authorize the application again in Commercium.
