Once eBay is connected to Commercium, you can configure the available sync settings according to your requirements.

Go to:
Commercium → Integrations → Connected Integrations → eBay

1. 🔑 Unique Product Identifier

The Unique Product Identifier is used to match products between your Source platform and eBay.

Depending on the available configuration, you can use identifiers such as:

  • SKU
  • Barcode
  • Other supported identifiers

Select the identifier that is available and consistent on both platforms.

Example

If the same SKU is available in both systems:
Source SKU → eBay SKU
The SKU can be used to identify and match the products.

💡 Tip: Make sure the selected identifier is unique and available for the products you want to sync.

2. 📦 Product Sync

Product Sync allows Commercium to create and update eBay listings from your Source platform.

Sync Direction

Source → Commercium → eBay

Import Product Changes from Source Channel: Once enabled, product updates from your Source channel for Title, Images, and Description will also get synced to eBay.

3. 📊 Inventory Sync

Inventory Sync sends inventory quantities from your Source platform to eBay.

Sync Direction

Source → Commercium → eBay

When the inventory changes on your Source platform, Commercium can update the corresponding eBay listing.

Safety Stock Level: Specify a buffer stock quantity that will be retained. This number will be subtracted from your total inventory, and the remaining quantity will be pushed to eBay.

Relist Product in eBay when the offer ends: When this is enabled, if stock becomes available again on your Source platform after being out of stock, Commercium will automatically relist your offer on eBay once it has ended.

Keep the Listing Active even out of stock: When this is enabled, your eBay listing will stay active even if the inventory on your eBay drops to zero, instead of being automatically removed or deactivated.

💡 This helps you prevent overselling while keeping full stock visibility in your system.

4. 💰 Price Sync

Price Sync sends price updates from your Source platform to eBay.

Sync Direction

Source → Commercium → eBay

Enable Price Sync if you want price changes made on your Source platform to be reflected on eBay automatically for matched listings

5. 🛒 Order Sync

Order Sync imports eBay orders into your Source platform.

Sync Direction

eBay → Commercium → Source

Enable Order Sync if you want eBay orders to be automatically imported into your Source platform.

Depending on your Source platform, additional order settings may be available, such as:

  • Order Tags

  • Other order-related settings

6. 🚚 Shipment Sync

Shipment Sync sends shipment information from your Source platform to eBay.

This can include shipment and tracking information.

7. 🔄 Reverse Shipment Sync

Reverse Shipment Sync sends return shipment information from eBay to your Source platform.

Sync Direction

This can include return shipment and tracking information for customer returns/refunds.
