Once DSCO is connected to Commercium, you can configure the available sync settings according to your requirements.

Navigate to: Commercium → Integrations → Connected Integrations → DSCO

Click on Settings to access the integration configuration options.

1. Unique Identifier - Select the product identifier that Commercium should use to match products between your Source Platform and DSCO.

Choose the identifier that is used consistently across both systems to ensure products are linked correctly.

2. Order Flow - Enable Order Sync to automatically import orders from DSCO into your Source Platform. The following options are available:


- Notify on any unlinked item/order: When enabled, Commercium will send an email notification if:

  • An order cannot be linked to a product.
  • An order fails to import due to an error.
This option is recommended if you would like to be notified of any order-related issues.

- Skip Unpaid Orders: When enabled, any unpaid orders from the marketplace will not be imported into the primary store.


- Default Customer Email for Orders: Enter a default customer email address to be used when creating imported orders.
Example: [email protected]

- Select an Order Identifier from DSCO: Select the order reference from DSCO that you want to use as the main order number. You can choose between the PO number and the customer order number provided by DSCO.


- Generate Packing Slip & send to Notes: Enable this option to automatically generate a packing slip and save it in the order notes of your Source Platform.

3. Shipment Sync: Turn on Shipment Sync to sync the shipment details back to DSCO.

4. Send Inventory Updates to DSCO: Enable this option to automatically sync inventory levels from Primary channel to DSCO. You can set a safety stock buffer, schedule daily full inventory syncs, and map default warehouses to DSCO locations.
- Safety Stock Level: Safety Stock allows you to reserve a quantity of inventory that will not be sent to DSCO.
For example:
  • Available Inventory: 100
  • Safety Stock: 10
  • Inventory Sent to DSCO: 90
The reserved quantity remains unchanged in your Source Platform and is only deducted from the inventory sent to DSCO.

- Warehouse Mapping: If you manage inventory across multiple warehouses, map your Source Platform warehouses to the corresponding DSCO locations.
This ensures inventory updates are sent from the correct warehouse locations.

- Daily Inventory Sync: Enable this option if you would like Commercium to perform a full inventory update on a daily basis, helping keep inventory levels accurate across both systems.


Save Your Changes

After configuring the settings, click Save to apply your changes.


Your DSCO integration is now configured and ready to sync orders, inventory, and shipment updates based on the settings you selected.
