After connecting DSCO, you must import your existing DSCO listings into Commercium.

This process links your existing DSCO products with Commercium and prepares them for inventory synchronization.

(i) Navigate to: Products → Inventory → Download All Results

(ii) Select the following :

Values

File TypeInventory

(iii) Once these options are selected, click on "Export"

2. Upload the File to Commercium
(i) Navigate to: Commercium Dashboard → Products → DSCO Products → Upload
(ii) Upload the downloaded Inventory file.
Once uploaded, Commercium will begin importing your DSCO products.
Note: Product imports are processed in the background and may take approximately 15–20 minutes to complete, depending on the number of products in the file.
Step 3: Verify the Import

After the import has completed:

  1. Navigate to Products → DSCO Products.
  2. Confirm that your products have been imported successfully.
  3. Verify that your product identifiers (SKU or UPC) match your Source Platform products.
What Happens Next?

After the import:

  • Existing DSCO listings will be linked to Commercium.
  • Inventory synchronization can begin.
  • Orders can be matched against imported products.
  • Shipment updates can be sent back to DSCO.
