🔗 Step 1 - How to Connect Kogan with Commercium

This guide will walk you through connecting your Source Platform and Kogan with Commercium.
Follow each step carefully to complete your connection successfully.
📌 Before You Start
Before starting the connection, make sure you have the following:
- ✅ Your Source Platform credentials
🔗 Haven't connected your Source Platform yet?
If your Source Platform is not connected, first follow the connection guide for your preferred Source Platform:
👉 E-Commerce, POS, Shipping Platform or ERP.
Select your Source Platform from the available integrations and complete the connection before continuing with Kogan.
Once you have your Source Platform ready, you can continue with the steps below.
Step 1: 🔌 Connect Your Source Platform
Your Source Platform is the platform where your products, inventory, prices, and other data are managed.
To connect your Source:
- Log in to your Commercium account.
- Go to Integrations.
- Select Available Integrations.
- Select your Source/Primary Platform.
- Enter the required credentials.
- Click Connect.
To complete the integration, you will need the following credentials:
- Seller ID
- Secret Key
Kogan does not provide API credentials inside the portal.
You must contact your Kogan Account Manager to obtain your Seller ID and Secret Key.
Step 3: 🛍️ Connect Kogan as the Destination
Now, connect Kogan as your Destination Platform.
Follow these steps:
- In the integration setup, select Connect Kogan.
- Enter a Channel Name (anything you want).
Seller ID: Your Kogan Seller ID
Seller Token: Your Kogan Seller Token
Click Connect.
Step 4: 🎉 Connection Complete!
Your Source Platform and Kogan are now connected.
