Connection Guidance – Source Platform & THE ICONIC


If you skipped the onboarding guide for connecting your Source Platform and THE ICONIC with Commercium, you can complete the setup manually by following the steps below.


This guide will walk you through connecting your Source Platform and THE ICONIC to Commercium. Please follow each step in order to complete the connection successfully.


📌 Before You Start

Before starting the connection, please make sure you have the following:

  • ✅ Your Source Platform credentials
  • ✅ THE ICONIC App ID
  • ✅ THE ICONIC App Secret
  • ✅ Access to your THE ICONIC Admin/Seller Account


    🔗 Step 1: Connect Your Source PlatformYour Source Platform is the platform where your products, inventory, prices, orders, and other data are managed.
    If your Source Platform is not connected yet, first follow the connection guide for your preferred platform:


      Select your Source Platform from the available integrations and complete the connection before continuing.


      Connect Your Source Platform
      1. Log in to your Commercium account.
      2. Go to Integrations.
      3. Select Available Integrations.
      4. Select your Source / Primary Platform.
      5. Enter the required credentials.
      6. Click Connect.
       

      Once your Source Platform is successfully connected, you can proceed to connect THE ICONIC.


      🔗 Step 2: Connect THE ICONIC


      Follow the steps below to connect your THE ICONIC account with Commercium.

      Requirements for THE ICONIC ConnectionBefore starting, make sure you have access to your THE ICONIC Admin/Seller Account.
      You will need:
      • App ID
      • App Secret
      These credentials can be generated from the THE ICONIC portal by following the steps below.


      Step 2.1: Generate OAuth Credentials from THE ICONIC1. Access Integration Management
      1. Log in to your THE ICONIC Seller/Admin Account.
      2. Navigate to Settings.
      3. Select OAuth Applications

      2. Create a New OAuth App
      1. Click Add Application.

      3. Configure App DetailsEnter the following details:
      Once the details have been entered, click Save.

      4. Obtain Your OAuth CredentialsAfter creating the OAuth App, THE ICONIC will generate:
      • App ID
      • App Secret


      Save these credentials securely. You will need them when connecting THE ICONIC to Commercium.


      Step 2.2: Access Your Commercium Account

      If you already have a Commercium account, sign in using your existing login credentials.

      If you are not yet registered, please contact our support team at help@mycommercium.com for assistance.


      Step 2.3: Go to IntegrationsAfter logging in:
      1. Go to Integrations from your Commercium dashboard.
      2. Select Available Integrations.
      3. Find and select Connect THE ICONIC.



      Step 2.4: Connect THE ICONIC

      Enter the required details:

      • Channel Name: Enter any name you prefer for this connection.
      • Application ID: Enter your THE ICONIC App ID.
      • Application Secret: Enter your THE ICONIC App Secret.
      • Account Mode: Select the appropriate Account Mode for your THE ICONIC account.
      Once all the required information has been entered, click Connect.


      ✅ Connection Completed


      Your THE ICONIC account is now connected to Commercium.


      Once both your Source Platform and THE ICONIC connections are complete, you can proceed with the remaining configuration steps, such as setting up your Listing, Order, Inventory, Price, and Shipment flows, as applicable to your integration.
