Step 1 : Commercehub (Rithum) Integration Setup Guide

Before your Commercehub account can be connected to Commercium, Commercehub must first provision the required SFTP access and complete their testing and approval process. This guide outlines the steps required to obtain the credentials needed for the integration.
Step 1 : Contact Commercehub Support
Contact the Commercehub support team and request SFTP access for your integration with Commercium. You can reach Commercehub at:
Commercehub will provide an upgrade/configuration form that must be completed before credentials can be issued.
Step 2 : Complete the Commercehub Upgrade Form
When filling out the Commercehub form, make sure to select :
- File Format : XML
- Connection Method : SFTP
These settings are required for compatibility with the Commercium Commercehub connector.
Step 3 : Receive Test SFTP Credentials
After your request has been processed, CommerceHub will provide test SFTP credentials. These typically include:
- Host Name
- Username
- Password
- Port Number
The test credentials allow the integration to be configured and validated in Commercehub's testing environment before moving to production.
Step 4 : Share the Credentials with Commercium
Once you receive the test credentials, send them to the Commercium support team so we can begin the integration setup.
Please also add [email protected] as a user in your Commercehub test account. This allows our team to review logs, troubleshoot issues, and assist with the testing process.
Step 5 : Integration Testing
Commercehub requires a series of test cases to be completed and validated before the integration can be moved to production.
Our team will :
- Configure the test connection
- Complete the required Commercehub test scenarios
- Coordinate any necessary fixes or adjustments
- Submit the test results for Commercehub approval
Step 6 : Receive Live Credentials
Once Commercehub has reviewed and approved the testing results, they will provide production SFTP credentials for your live account. These credentials may include:
- Host Name
- Username
- Password
- Port Number
Please also add [email protected] as a user in your Commercehub account.
Step 7: Production Setup
After receiving the live credentials, share them with the Commercium team.
We will:
- Configure the production connection
- Validate the SFTP directories and credentials
- Complete the final setup
- Confirm when the integration is ready for use
