Before configuring Commercehub on Commercium, ensure:

  • Commercehub testing has been completed.
  • Live SFTP credentials have been received from Commercehub.
  • Your Primary account and Commercehub has been connected on Commercium.

    Once you have received live SFTP credentials from Commercehub support and the account is connected on Commercium, the next step is to configure the account settings.

    Go to Integrations and select the settings for connected Commercehub channel.

    1. Set the Unique Identifier - Set the unique identifier of the product to Vendor SKU or Merchant SKU, depending on your setup. (This ensures product matching between both systems.)

    Note : This is one-time setup and cannot be edited later on.

    2. Order Flow - Turn on Order Sync to enable the order from Commercehub to your Primary platform. You will have the following options under Order Sync:

    - SFTP Order Data Directory : This is one-time setup and is added by your account manager during initial configuration. You can connect with your assigned account manager for further details.

    - Notify on any unlinked item/order: If turned on, you will receive an email notification if any order fails to link or fails in general with any error.
    Optional (Turn ON if you want failure alerts)

    - Default Customer Email for Orders: Enter the default customer for which orders need to be created in Commercehub, for example -   [email protected]

    Based on your primary platform, you can also configure options such as:
    • Custom Order Number
    • Order Notes
    • Order Tags
    • Other order preferences

    3. Shipment Sync: Turn on Shipment Sync to sync the shipment details back to Commercehub.

    - SFTP Fulfillment Confirmation Directory : This is one-time setup and is added by your account manager during initial configuration. You can connect with your assigned account manager for further details.

    These settings are required when syncing shipment details to Commercehub:
    • Warehouse mapping
    • ​Shipping method mapping


    4. Send Inventory Updates to Commercehub: Enable this option to automatically sync inventory levels from Primary channel to Commercehub. You can set a safety stock buffer, and map your primary channel warehouses to Commercehub warehouse.


    - SFTP Inventory Upload Directory : This is one-time setup and is added by your account manager during initial configuration. You can connect with your assigned account manager for further details.


    Note : Warehouse mapping is required if you want correct inventory levels in your Commercehub warehouses.

    - Safety Stock Level: Specify the safety stock quantity you wish to maintain in the Primary Channel. This amount will be reserved and subtracted from the total available stock in the Primary Channel. The adjusted stock (after deduction) will be sent to Commercehub, while the original stock level will remain unchanged in the Primary Channel.
