Step 2 : How to Connect Commercehub Account to Commercium?

Before you can configure and use the Commercehub connector, your Commercehub account must first be connected to Commercium.

Prerequisites
Before connecting your Commercehub account, ensure that:

• Commercehub testing has been completed and approved.
• Live SFTP credentials have been provided by Commercehub.
• You have access to your Commercehub account.
• Your source platform has been connected to Commercium.

What Happens Next?

Once the required information has been shared, the Commercium team will:

1. Create the Commercehub connection.
2. Configure the SFTP settings.
3. Verify connectivity with Commercehub.

After the connection has been successfully created, the Commercehub channel will appear under: Integrations → Active Integrations
