Steps on how to connect Mirakl with Commercium

To connect your Mirakl marketplace account with Commercium, you'll need to generate your API keys from Mirakl and add them to Commercium. Follow the step-by-step instructions below to generate and retrieve your API keys and complete the connection process.

Step 1- Log in to Your Mirakl Account

Begin by logging into your Mirakl account using your credentials.

Step 2- Go to Your Profile

Once logged in, navigate to your profile. This is typically found at the top right corner of the dashboard.

Step 3- Access the API Keys Tab:

• Within your profile settings, locate and click on the "API Keys" tab.

Step 4- Generate API Keys:

• Click on the option to generate new API keys. This will create a new set of keys for you to use.

Step 5- Copy the API Keys:

• Once generated, copy the API keys. Ensure you store them securely, as they will be used to connect Mirakl's API within Commercium.

• On the dashboard, locate your Shop ID in the top-left corner. Copy and save it, as you'll also need it to connect your Mirakl account with Commercium.

Step 7: Access Your Commercium Account

• If you already have an account with Commercium, sign in using your login credentials.

• If you’re not yet registered, contact our support team at [email protected] for help getting started.

(Please note that your source platform must be connected to Commercium before connecting Mirakl.)

Step 8: Go to Integrations

• After logging in, head over to the Integrations on your Commercium dashboard and select the Available Integrations option.

• From the available choices, select Connect Mirakl.

Add a friendly name and then enter the Shop Id and API keys you got by following the above-listed steps. You'll also need to enter the base URL for your Mirakl Platform. Base URL is your Mirakl marketplace seller login Url. For Example: For PlanetaHeurto the base URL will be:  https://planetahuerto-prod.mirakl.net/

Lastly, click on Save Changes .
