After connecting your accounts, you’ll be redirected to the Settings page. Configure the settings below based on how you want products, orders, shipments, inventory, and prices to sync between your Source Channel and Mirakl.
1. Set the Unique Identifier

Select the product identifier you want to use for matching products between your Source Channel and Mirakl.
You can select SKU or UPC, depending on your setup.

Important: If the selected identifier has the same value on both platforms, the product can be automatically linked.

For example:

  • Source Channel SKU: ABC123
  • Mirakl SKU: ABC123

The product will be automatically linked.

Product linking is essential for features such as Order Sync, Shipment Sync, and Inventory Sync to work correctly.

If the identifiers do not match, you can manually link your products.

2. Order Flow

Enable Order Sync to import orders from Mirakl into your Source Channel.

Once enabled, you can configure the following options:

  • Auto Accept Orders : Enable this option to automatically accept orders received from Mirakl.
  • Enable Email Notifications for Failed Order Sync: When enabled, you’ll receive an email notification if an order fails to sync due to any error.

  • Skip Unpaid Orders : When enabled, unpaid orders received from marketplace will not be imported into your Source Channel.

  • Tags : Enter a tag that will be added to orders imported through Commercium.  For example: Mirakl Order

This can help you easily identify Mirakl orders in your Source Channel.

  • Order Notes Preference : Use this field to add the Mirakl order number or other order information to the order notes.

Click the + button to insert the available order information.
You can also add your own text before or after the value.
    Example: Mirakl - [Order Number]
This may appear as: Mirakl  - 1234567

  • Order Number Preference: Use this setting to customize the order number created in your Source Channel.

You can insert the Mirakl order number and add a prefix or suffix if required.
    Example:
    MIR-[Order Number]
This may create an order number such as:MIR-1234567

Tip: Tags, Order Notes Preference, and Order Number Preference can help you easily distinguish Mirakl orders from other orders in your Source Channel.

  • Enable Cancelled Order Sync: Enable this setting to automatically sync cancelled Mirakl orders to your Source Channel. When disabled, cancelled orders from Mirakl will not be reflected in the Source Channel.

  • Tax Override Setting: Use this setting when you want to override the original tax configuration of your Source Channel for Mirakl orders.
    You can select:
  • Excluded – The order will be saved in tax-excluded mode.
  • Included – The order will be saved in tax-included mode.

Note: This setting overrides the original tax setting configured for the platform.

  • Default Shipping Phone Number: Enter a default phone number to use when the shipping address received from Mirakl does not contain a phone number.

Enable Shipment Sync to send shipment and tracking details from your Source Channel back to Mirakl.

This allows shipment information added to the Source Channel to be reflected on the corresponding Mirakl order.

Select the corresponding carrier/shipping method used in your Source platform and  Mirakl.

      Why is mapping required?
Carrier names can be different between the two platforms. Mapping them ensures that the correct shipping method and tracking information are successfully synced to Mirakl.
      Example:
      • Source Channel: UPS Ground
      • Mirakl: UPS

Mapping these two methods tells Commercium that they refer to the same carrier.

        4. Inventory Sync

Enable Inventory Sync to automatically update product inventory from your Source Channel to Mirakl.

        • Safety Stock Level: Set the amount of stock you want to keep as a reserve in your Source Channel.
The configured safety stock is deducted from the available inventory before the quantity is sent to Mirakl.

          Example:
        • Source inventory: 20
        • Safety stock: 2
        • Inventory sent to Mirakl: 18

This allows you to maintain a stock buffer while still updating Mirakl with the available quantity.

        • Maximum Inventory Level:

Use this setting to limit the maximum quantity that can be sent to Mirakl.

          Example:

If your Source Channel has 500 units available but the maximum inventory level is set to 100, only 100 units will be synced to Mirakl.

        5. Price Sync
Enable Price Sync to automatically update product prices on Mirakl based on the prices from your Source Channel.

When enabled, changes made to the product price in your Source Channel can be synced to the corresponding Mirakl offer.

This is useful when you want your Source Channel to remain the primary source for pricing instead of updating prices manually in Mirakl.
